C: Our quality is more guaranteed. We control the quality from quartz lumps, to quartz sand and then quartz products, we have better and stricter quality control than other manufactures.
D: We can make more difficult quartz products. We have large grinding platforms and precision etching machines which can produce large sizes of quartz plates, quartz tubes and high size precision quartz items.

Q How to place order with you?
AWe will quote you after you tell us the details of the quartz products and then making samples if necessary. You make the payment against our PI, and we’ll ship out as per the shipping time stated in PI.
Q How is the packing?
AVery safe packing in wood case, no worries.
Q How is the production time?
AIt will depend on the complication of quartz product and how large the order is, normally 1-3 weeks.
Q How do you ship the order?
AWe can ship by air, sea, couriers like TNT, Fedex, UPS, DHL...
Q How can we do if products are inferior?
ANormally there won’t be the issue as the quality is under good control, but if that happened, we’ll take the 100% responsibility and compensate you.
