Dimensions and specifications: This quartz glass tube has a diameter range of 3-300mm, which can meet the needs of different photovoltaic cell manufacturing.
Material composition: This glass tube is made of ultra-high-purity quartz sand as the basic raw material, and its silica (SiO2) content is greater than 99.9999%, and the impurity content is less than 2 ppm. In addition, rare earth trace element additives accounting for 0.98% -1.20% by weight of ultra-high-purity quartz sand are also added.
Preparation method: The preparation method includes three steps: pretreatment, calcination treatment and molding treatment. First, the ultra-high-purity quartz sand is drawn into a 450mm-550mm doped quartz tube through the overall doping preparation process, and then processed into a quartz glass diffusion tube with a diameter of 600mm-1000mm through a glass forming lathe.
