Ozone free characteristics: This quartz tube is made of pure quartz glass and doped with 100-200PPM of titanium oxide, giving it the ability to absorb far-infrared radiation (below 230NM). It is mainly used in the production of ultraviolet sterilization lamps. This design feature does not transmit ultraviolet light below 220 nanometers, preventing ozone caused by far ultraviolet radiation.
Transmittance: The ultraviolet transmittance at 253.7nm is over 70%, and this wavelength of ultraviolet has strong bactericidal power. This high transmittance design makes it widely used in sterilization and water treatment light sources.
