A: This is usually due to the use of a regular glass colorimetric dish. Glass has strong absorption in the ultraviolet region (<340nm), while our quartz colorimetric dish has a transmittance of>80% at 200nm, completely eliminating substrate interference and ensuring the accuracy of experiments such as RNA/DNA quantification.
