JGS High Precision Ultra-thin Optical Quartz plate is a transparent and durable multi-functional part made of high purity quartz crystal. They are mainly divided into three types: JGS1, JGS2 and JGS3, each type has its own unique characteristics and application fields.
Feature
High temperature resistance: JGS quartz plate has excellent high temperature resistance, with a softening point temperature of about 1730 ° C, and can be used for a long time at 1100 ° C, with a short-term maximum operating temperature of 1450 ° C.
Chemical resistance: Except for hydrofluoric acid, quartz plates hardly react chemically with other acidic substances, and their acid resistance is 30 times that of ceramics and 150 times that of stainless steel.
Thermal stability: With a low coefficient of thermal expansion (5.54 x 10 ^ -7 (K ^ -1)), it can remain stable during severe temperature changes.
Transmittance: It has good light transmission performance in the entire spectral range from ultraviolet to infrared, with a visible light transmittance of over 93%, especially in the ultraviolet region, where the transmittance can reach over 80%.
Application
JGS1: Mainly used in the far ultraviolet, visible and near infrared wavelength range, suitable for high-power infrared laser systems, microwave windows and other environments that require special broadband infrared transparency and thermal conductivity.
JGS2: Usually used for telescope mirror substrates or blanks, suitable for the 220-2500nm band.
JGS3: It has good transmittance to infrared rays, but it contains more bubbles, limiting its wide use.
Technical parameters
Density: approximately 2.2103 kilograms/square meter.
Thickness: 0.8mm to 100mm.
Thermal conductivity (20 ° C): 1.4 W/m ° C.
Specific heat (20 ° C): 660J/kg ° C.
Customized service
We provide customized services according to customer needs, including different specifications of optical glass originals, cutting parts, and finished components.
These quartz plates are widely used in a variety of fields, including semiconductor manufacturing, flat panel display manufacturing, analytical filtration, liquid filtration, and watch polishing.
