Q1: What is the maximum temperature resistance of heat-resistant and transparent high-purity quartz spiral tube?  

A: The long-term use temperature of this product can reach 1200 ℃, and the short-term temperature resistance can reach 1300-1350 ℃. The specific temperature resistance performance depends on the hydroxyl content and wall thickness design of the quartz material. We can provide low hydroxyl (≤ 8ppm) products to further enhance high temperature resistance and crystallization resistance.

Q2: What is the transmittance of the spiral tube?  

A: In the ultraviolet to near-infrared band (200-2500nm), the transmittance is usually ≥ 90%. For deep ultraviolet (254nm, etc.) sterilization or photocatalytic applications, higher purity synthetic quartz materials can be selected, with a transmittance of over 92%.

Q3: Does it support customized non-standard sizes? Is there a limit on the minimum inner diameter and number of spiral turns?  

A: Support full customization. The outer diameter range of the tube is 4mm-80mm, the inner diameter is 2mm-70mm, and the number of spiral turns is 1-30. The spiral diameter and pitch can be processed according to the drawing. A micro spiral tube with a minimum outer diameter of 3mm can be achieved.

Q4: Is the quartz spiral tube easily damaged? How to ensure transportation?  

A: Quartz glass is a brittle material and should be avoided from severe impact. We use independent pearl cotton lining and thickened cardboard/wooden box packaging, and can also choose built-in shock-absorbing brackets. For export orders, provide reinforced packaging that meets sea/air freight standards.
