OD3-300mm transparent quartz glass ring is a product made of high purity quartz material, the purity of which is usually above 99.99%. This quartz ring is mainly formed by cutting and grinding, and is widely used as a coating target in coating machines.
Quartz glass has unique thermal properties, it can work normally at temperatures up to 1350 degrees Celsius, and its softening temperature is 1750 degrees Celsius. Its coefficient of thermal expansion is very small, only 1/12 to 1/20 of that of ordinary glass, which makes quartz glass have high stability optical properties under various harsh conditions. In addition, the optical properties of quartz glass are also excellent. It can pass through far ultraviolet rays, which is the best of all ultraviolet materials. At the same time, it can also pass through the visible and near infrared spectra.
