High purity: Transparent quartz tubes are made of high-purity quartz glass and have a very low hydroxyl content, which can be controlled from less than 20 ppm to 2 ppm.
High temperature resistance: The hardening point temperature of quartz glass is about 1730 degrees Celsius, which can be used for a long time at 1100 degrees Celsius, and the maximum operating temperature for a short time can reach 1450 degrees Celsius.
Corrosion resistance: Except for hydrofluoric acid, quartz glass hardly reacts chemically with other acids, and its acid resistance far exceeds that of ceramics and stainless steel.
Transmittance: It has good light transmission performance in the entire spectral band from ultraviolet to infrared, with a visible light transmittance of over 93%.
