Production process

Melting forming: Accurately weigh quartz sand, fluxing agent, and mineralizer in a certain proportion, mix them, and put them into a platinum rhodium alloy crucible for melting. The gradient heating system is adopted during the melting process to ensure uniform melting. In the forming stage, the gas refining method is adopted, and the fused silica droplets are deposited to form the quartz plate of the required shape.
