Special Shape Frosted Fused Silica plate is a high-purity quartz glass product composed primarily of high-melting point quartz (up to 99.998% silica content). This quartz plate has a unique set of physical and chemical properties that make it suitable for a wide range of specialized fields.
Material properties:
High temperature resistance: The softening point of fused silica glass is about 1730 degrees Celsius, and it can work at temperatures between 1100 and 1250 degrees Celsius for a long time, and even reach 1450 degrees Celsius for a short time.
Corrosion resistance: In addition to hydrofluoric acid, fused silica glass is very inert to other acids, and its acid resistance is 30 times that of ceramics and 150 times that of stainless steel.
Thermal stability: with a very low coefficient of thermal expansion, it can withstand severe temperature changes, such as from 1100 degrees Celsius directly placed in room temperature water without cracking.
Transmittance: Quartz glass has good transmittance in the entire spectral band from ultraviolet to infrared, with a transmittance of more than 95% for visible light, especially in the ultraviolet spectral band, where the maximum transmittance exceeds 85%.
Electrical insulation: The resistance value of quartz glass is 10,000 times that of ordinary glass, maintaining good electrical insulation even at high temperatures.
Custom processing:
The fused silica plate with special shape slotting needs to be originally designed by professional design software, and accurately positioned and slotted by CNC (computer numerical control) technology. The processing of this special-shaped slotting requires extremely high positioning requirements, and any deviation may lead to processing failure.
