Ultra-thin high-temperature transparent quartz plate is a special optical material, mainly made of high-purity silicon dioxide (SiO2). This quartz glass plate has a wide range of applications in several fields due to its unique optical, chemical and physical properties.
In terms of optical properties, ultra-thin quartz plates can transmit far ultraviolet, visible light, and near-infrared spectra. According to the different optical properties, quartz plates can be categorized into three types: far-ultraviolet JGS1, ultraviolet JGS2, and infrared JGS3, which differ in terms of transparency, absorption bands, etc., and are suitable for different application scenarios.
In terms of physical properties, the ultra-thin quartz plate has high temperature resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion, good thermal shock resistance and electrical insulation properties. Its softening point temperature is about 1730°C, and it can be used at 1100°C for a long time, and the maximum temperature for a short period of time can reach 1450°C. In addition, the quartz plate also has excellent corrosion resistance, in addition to hydrofluoric acid, almost no chemical reaction with other acids.
This ultra-thin quartz plate is widely used in the semiconductor industry, photovoltaic industry, LED industry, solar energy industry, and experimental equipment for academic research units.
