850 × 200mm quartz plate is a high-performance glass plate made of high-purity fused silica (silica, SiO ₂), which has excellent high temperature resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high transmittance and excellent chemical stability. Its standard size is 850mm (length) x 200mm (width), and the thickness can be customized according to customer needs (common thickness is 1mm to 50mm).

1. High temperature resistance: It can withstand high temperatures of 1000 ℃~1200 ℃ for a long time and up to 1450 ℃ for a short period of time, suitable for extreme hot environments.
2. High transmittance: The transmittance in the ultraviolet to infrared wavelength range (170nm~2500nm) exceeds 90%, making it an ideal material for optical instruments.
3. Low thermal expansion coefficient: only 5.5 × 10 ⁻⁷/℃, excellent thermal shock resistance, and not easily broken during rapid cooling or heating.
