The chemically heated quartz test tube is made of high-purity quartz glass, which has excellent high temperature resistance (can withstand temperatures above 1100 ℃) and extremely low thermal expansion coefficient, and can withstand severe temperature changes without bursting. Q: When conducting high-temperature digestion or melting experiments, ordinary glass test tubes often cannot withstand high-temperature explosions, or samples are contaminated due to impure materials, resulting in data deviations. What should be done?

Answer: Our chemically heated quartz test tube can solve this problem. Its thermal expansion coefficient is extremely low (5.4 × 10 ⁻⁷/℃), able to withstand drastic temperature changes (such as a sudden drop from 1000 ℃ to room temperature), and the material is high-purity quartz without metal ion precipitation, ensuring the purity of the reaction system and the authenticity and reliability of the data.

Q: Strong acids (such as aqua regia and sulfuric acid) are often used in laboratories for heating experiments. Ordinary test tubes will quickly corrode, become rough, and even leak. Is there a more durable option?

Answer: Quartz material is a "natural barrier" for all acids except hydrofluoric acid and hot phosphoric acid. Case 1: Synthesis Project of New Energy Materials in the School of Materials Science at a certain university

-Background of the requirement: In the synthesis experiment of "high entropy alloy oxides", the professor's team needs to perform rapid heat treatment on the precursor in a muffle furnace at 1200 ℃. Previously, a corundum crucible was used.
