Quartz boat is with excellent optical properties, it has very good transmittance, not only for visible light, but ultraviolet, infrared.

Our quartz boats are from high quality 4N quartz sand which were purified from grade A granular quartz lumps, they have no air bubbles, no air lines, no impurities, no scratches and have the best physical and chemical properties

It’s a good acid resistance material as well, at high temperature, it can withstand sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, aqua regia, neutral salts, carbon and sulfur erosion, it's widely used in semiconductor, solar/photovoltaic, new energy, chemical....

The chemical stability of quartz boat is equivalent to acid resistant ceramics 30 times, equivalent to nickel chromium alloy and ceramics 150 times. It is high temperature resistance, heat shock, thermal expansion coefficient is particularly small.
