1. high temperature resistance: the softening point temperature of quartz glass tubes is about 1730℃, which can be used for a long time at 1100℃ and for a short time up to 1450℃.
2. Corrosion resistance: quartz glass tubes have almost no chemical reaction with other acids, especially at high temperatures, the chemical stability of which is unmatched by any other engineering materials.
3. Good thermal stability: the thermal expansion coefficient of quartz glass tube is extremely small, and it can withstand drastic temperature changes.
4. Good light transmittance: quartz glass tubes have good light transmittance in the whole spectral band from ultraviolet to infrared, and the visible light transmittance rate is more than 93%.
5. Good electrical insulation function: the resistance value of quartz glass tube is equivalent to 10,000 times of the general glass, is an excellent electrical insulation material, even at high temperatures also has a good electrical function.
