-High temperature resistance: can withstand high temperatures ranging from 1100 ℃ to 1400 ℃.
-High purity: The impurity content is extremely low, for example, in semiconductor applications, the impurity content is less than 1ppm.
-Corrosion resistance: except for hydrofluoric acid and strong alkali, it has good stability to most chemical reagents.
-Low thermal expansion coefficient: It is not easily ruptured due to thermal expansion and contraction in high temperature environments.
