High permeability hollow thick wall quartz tube is a tubular product made of high-purity fused silica (SiO ₂) material, which has excellent light transmittance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The product adopts advanced fused silica drawing process to ensure uniform pipe wall thickness, smooth inner wall, no bubbles and impurities, and is suitable for high-precision optics, semiconductor, photovoltaic, chemical and scientific research and other fields.
Product characteristics
-High transmittance: The transmittance in the ultraviolet infrared band (170nm~2500nm) can reach over 90%, making it suitable for precision optical systems.
-High temperature resistance: It can work at 1200 ℃ for a long time and withstand high temperatures of 1600 ℃ for a short period of time. Its coefficient of thermal expansion is extremely low and its thermal shock resistance is excellent.
-Chemical inertness: resistant to strong acids (except hydrofluoric acid), strong alkalis, and organic solvent corrosion, suitable for harsh chemical environments.
-High mechanical strength: Thick walled design (adjustable wall thickness of 1mm~20mm) provides higher compressive and bending strength.
