The softening point temperature of this quartz glass tube is about 1730 ℃, which can be used stably for a long time at 1100 ℃, and the maximum temperature for short-term use can reach 1450 ℃. Its excellent high-temperature resistance makes it perform well in extreme high-temperature environments, far exceeding the 1270 ℃ softening point of ordinary quartz tubes.
This quartz glass tube not only has high temperature resistance, but also has the following characteristics:
-Low thermal expansion coefficient: The thermal expansion coefficient is extremely small, only 5.4 × 10 ⁻⁷, and the average expansion coefficient between 0-1000 ℃ is equivalent to 1/12-1/20 of ordinary glass, so it can withstand drastic temperature changes.
