Due to the physical properties of quartz glass, such as high viscosity and good thermal conductivity, only simple shaped products such as tubes, plates, rods, weights, etc. can usually be produced. Therefore, irregular quartz glass products require secondary hot processing or cold processing to form, which increases production difficulty, cost, and raw material consumption.
In the specific production process, the silica content in the quartz glass scraps or fused silica glass frits should be greater than 99.0%. The production process includes multiple steps such as crushing, screening, magnetic separation, cleaning, drying, melting, ball milling, injection molding, shaping, high-pressure tank slurry treatment, and vitrification treatment.
