Quartz tube level gauges typically consist of high-purity quartz glass tubes (99.99% SiO ₂), color filters, upper and lower valves, and safety protection devices. Its working principle is to use the refraction and reflection of natural light in liquid, making the liquid phase area appear green and the gas phase area appear red. The red green boundary at the interface is clear and easy to observe.
