Quartz plate is widely used in many optical device fields.
Our quartz glass plates have high purity, low hydroxyl, low bubble properties and excellent
transmittance at 260-2500 nm. Through our advanced welding technology, we can produce
quartz sheets up to 1500mm in length, suitable for use as components of optical instruments,
quartz glass instruments for the semiconductor industry, etc.
Quartz glass can also be used to make convex lenses for large astrotelescopes. A single
piece is 3.8m in diameter and 50mm thick. So many optical devices that require good UV
penetration use mirrors, lenses, and small Windows are made of quartz glass.
In the field of microoptical materials, quartz glass materials are widely used in the
microlens industry because of their excellent transmission ratio in the ultraviolet to
infrared continuous wavelength range. Microlenses are commonly used in digital
