Quartz glass rods are commonly used to make components required for batch-type 

processes in the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries; Such as quartz boat, silicon 

wafer carrier and base. Low bubble content, high purity and strict dimensional tolerances 

are important characteristics of these fused quartz rods. 



Our quartz rods can meet the strict requirements for size and appearance of batch firing
