Optical properties: JGS1 quartz glass exhibits excellent low dispersion and very high transmittance in the ultraviolet spectrum. It has very high transmittance to ultraviolet light in the wavelength range of 185 nanometers to 2,500 nanometers, making it the material of choice for manufacturing devices such as ultraviolet lasers, ultraviolet spectrometers, and optical filters.
Chemical stability: JGS1 quartz glass has excellent chemical stability and can withstand harsh environments such as acids, alkalis, and high temperatures. Therefore, it is often used in the manufacture of chemical reactors, high temperature furnace windows, and chemical analysis instruments.
