JGS1 quartz glass with low infrared absorption is an optical quartz material synthesized by high-purity hydrogen oxygen flame melting method. Due to its extremely high hydroxyl content (about 2000ppm), it has excellent far ultraviolet transmission performance, especially in the 185nm short wave ultraviolet region, the transmittance can reach over 90%. As a far ultraviolet optical quartz glass, it has no absorption band in the 185-2500nm wavelength range, and has extremely low thermal expansion coefficient, excellent chemical stability, and high temperature resistance (up to 1100 ℃ for long-term use). It is an indispensable basic material in photolithography technology, deep ultraviolet analysis, and precision optical systems.
