The product is made of high-purity fused silica (SiO ⊃2;), with an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent high temperature resistance (up to 1200 ° C), and excellent ultraviolet-infrared light transmission (light transmittance > 90%), suitable for harsh optical, semiconductor, laser and scientific research experimental environments.
