The corrosion resistant quartz square container uses high-purity synthetic quartz (SiO ₂ content ≥ 99%) or fused silica as the base material, and is formed through multiple processes such as high-temperature melting, precision annealing, machining and flame polishing. Case 1: A 12 inch wafer foundry (FAB Factory 6)

-Problem: The original PTFE rectangular cleaning tank was severely deformed in a 120 ℃ phosphoric acid solution, resulting in wafer jamming and fragmentation, and yellow spot contamination on the inner wall of the tank every two weeks.

Case 3: A fine chemical enterprise

-Problem: When synthesizing a high-purity organic boron compound, the iron ions in the glass lined reaction vessel dissolve, causing the product to discolor and become ineffective.  

-Solution: Customize a 200 × 150 × 250mm square quartz container with a sealed flange, with two standard threaded interfaces on the top for connecting the condenser tube and nitrogen inlet tube.
