Q1: What are the main differences between JGS1, JGS2, and JGS3?  

A: JGS1 is deep ultraviolet quartz with a transmission range of 185-2500nm and no bubbles; JGS2 is ultraviolet visible quartz with a transmission range of 220-2500nm, allowing for a small amount of tiny bubbles; JGS3 is infrared quartz with a transmission range of 260-3500nm, suitable for near-infrared applications. The three have similar high temperature resistance and chemical stability, but different spectral characteristics.

Q2: What are the minimum thickness and maximum size that you can cut?  

A: The minimum thickness can reach 0.5mm, and the maximum unilateral size can reach 600mm. It supports complex structures such as irregular cutting, step grooves, and openings, with tolerances controlled within ± 0.05mm.

Q3: How to handle the edges after cutting? Can microcracks be avoided?  

A: Adopting inner circle cutting and laser cutting processes, combined with annealing treatment. We can provide edge grinding, chamfering, and polishing to effectively eliminate microcracks and improve thermal shock resistance.

Q4: Does it support small batch sampling?  

A: Support. The minimum order quantity is 1 piece. After providing drawings for confirmation, a sample will be made and the sample will be verified before mass production.
